Covid-19 Update 15-6-20

Hi all customers,

Thank you so much for your support.


Updates regarding contactless payments, self isolation support and internal cleaning.


Payments- we are still unable to take payments in person. Payments can be made by bank transfer, posting cheque, online card payments or direct debit.


Internal Window Cleaning- We are still unable to take bookings for internal work during the lockdown. If you would like a booking for internal work, please let us know and we'll add you to the list to be contacted when we do take internal bookings.


Reasons why we aren't taking internal bookings:


To protect customers and staff.


If a customer was to develop symptoms within the week after our visit, we would likely be asked to isolate for 2 weeks, as part of the test and trace scheme, which for us, means no income for 2 weeks.


Family members not from outside your household are still not allowed within your home.


Self Isolation Support - We are still running our self isolation support. If any self isolating customers need anything, such as milk or medicine, please feel free to ask, and we can drop it to the door.
